How to Order Online

1. Input the quantity desired in the empty box next to the item being ordered.

2. Hit the "add to cart" button. The page will reload and confirm the quantity and total items ordered.

3. To complete your order or check items in your shopping cart simply click on the "Shopping Cart" link. A page will immediately appear showing a list of all items in which you have selected to order. Then, follow the directions on the page to complete your order or make any changes. After placing your order, you will receive an automated email confirmation for your records.



Return Policy:

It is our commitment to provide our customers with the highest level of quality products and service possible. Our management team has approved the sale of all merchandise distributed throughout our online store as it is essential to our success.

We are so confident in our products that if you aren't 100% satisfied, simply return the product in it's original packaging along with your sales receipt and an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

General Return Policy:

The merchandise to be returned must be in 'like new' condition and in it's original packaging. As stated above, the return must accompany a sales receipt in addition to an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and be received at our fulfillment center within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to receive full credit. No returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days. Refunds will be re-issued to the customers credit card in which the merchandise was originally charged. Purchases paid by cash or check will be refunded by check to the original owner within fifteen (15) business days from the date of return.
  • Customers are responsible for the return postage.
  • Initial order shipping charges for all non-defective returns are not refundable.
Definition of 'Like New':

All returns must be in like new condition. For purposes of this policy, 'like new' returns will look new in appearance (no scratches, missing parts or other physical damage) and must have the original packaging.

Warranties:

Our 30 day return policy does not limit any applicable manufacturer warranties.

We offer a variety of shipping methods to best fit your price range in conjuction with the delivery time. Upon reaching the "checkout page" within our store, you will have the option of selecting UPS, USPS, & Fedex pricing structure when applicable. Simply make a selection and if you are satisfied with the amount listed you can then continue and submit your order.



International Orders:

Most products sold on this site can be shipped to all 50 states, as well as APO and FPO addresses and Puerto Rico. However, there are a few restrictions:
  1. We can only ship to international customers when their shipping and billing information match exactly.
  2. Orders being shipped to "APO/FPO" addresses or a "p.o. box" as the final destination must be shipped via standard USPS.
In addition, for select orders over $100, a signature will be required upon delivery.



Tracking an Existing Order:

Immediately after your order has been shipped, we will send a tracking or delivery confirmation number to the email address you provided. To track your order, simply log into the chosen shippers website to locate your package in transit until it has reached the final destination.
